It is therefore only fitting that this acclaimed restaurant invites some of our country’s most prestigious wine farms to present their finest cultivars, in conjunction with acclaimed Executive Chef, Jan de Wet Botha.
Chef Botha, a member of the Chaine des Rotisseurs and the National Team, provides exquisite food pairing options that enhances each of the cultivars presented. Patrons agree that the menu’s are refreshingly distinctive and sets a new standard for South African cuisine.
